Joanne Arnold March 1 , 2010
On April 25, 1942, she was united in marriage to James E. Arnold of Savannah, TN, who survives. Mrs. Arnold was a homemaker who lived in Hardin County for the better part of her life. She was a member of the Savannah Church of Christ, as well as the Republican Women's Club. Mrs. Arnold departed this life on February 25, 2010, at the age of 86 years, 3 months, and 4 days. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Arnold is survived by 2 sons; Eddie Arnold and his wife Teresa of Pickwick Dam, TN; and Dan Arnold of Columbus, OH; 2 daughters: Ann Hunt of Nashville TN, and Laura Flatt and her husband Andy of Nashville, TN; 6 grandchildren: Amy O'Bannon, Jay Arnold, Emily Shelton, David Hunt, Ben Flatt, and Elizabeth Flatt, and 7 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Arnold was preceded in death by 1sister, Clyde McCullough. Services will be held on February 27, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah, Tennessee, with David Baker, Howard Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the Memory Gardens at Savannah, Tennessee Memorials can be made in Ms. Arnold's name to the Savannah Church of Christ and/or the American Heart Association
